SportHealth4U was born in 2018 in a small studio in Geneva with a simple premise: physical fitness shouldn't be a source of stress. In an industry defined by shouting and high-intensity chaos, we chose a path of measured excellence.

Engagement Terms

Membership and participation in SportHealth4U protocols are subject to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure safety and professional excellence.

Protocol Compliance

Clients are expected to follow the technical guidance of their trainers to minimize injury risk. SportHealth4U reserves the right to suspend sessions if a client persistently ignores safety protocols.

Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our scheduling, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for session rescheduling. Late cancellations are subject to the full session fee.

Membership Billing

Monthly memberships are billed in advance on the 1st of every month. Cancellation of subscription requires 30 days' written notice to ensure proper off-boarding from active protocols.
